Freeski Lessons

For the enthusiastic thrill seekers !


Freeski lessons follow classe 3 level, for 13 years-olds and over,  as an alternative to competition lessons.
This sport combines :
  •  Freeride : discover Pralognan's secret spots and taste the thrills of off-piste. You will learn how to use an ARVA (provided by the ESF), off-piste safety rules  and a few basics in nivology to aim to become self-sufficient.
  • Freestyle: in a snowpark or in backcountry, learn to glide in complete safety,  how to access the different modules, how to do figures…Who has never dreamed of being  Candide Thovex ?
  • Boarder-cross: Become a snow gladiator !!!

This course is open to teens with a Etoile d'or or 3rd  Degree level. Depending on participants' expectations and weather conditions, the course curriculum may vary.

A helmet is compulsory for this course and we advise you to wear a back protector.
Please note : The followings rates do not include insurance nor equipment rental.
A ski lift pass is compulsory from the first day.

Group lessons take place from Sunday or Monday for 5 or 6 days.

On Saturdays, group classes are held exclusively in the morning. 2 hours and 15 minutes (9.30 at 11.45 am during christmas holidays) or 2 hours (9 at 11 am during february holidays).
