Opening hours of the telephone reception:
- Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 12.00pm and from 1.30pm to 3.30pm from the 2th of november until the 18th of december 2026.
- Every day from 9am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm from the 19th of December 2026 to the 5th of April 2027.
Office opening hours
We welcome you to our offices at different times depending on the period. Please refer to the following information:
- Christmas school holidays 2025 : from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
- From January 3th to February 6th : mornings from 9.00am to 12.30am and afternoons from 1.45pm to 5.00pm.
- February school holidays 2026 : from 8.45am to 5.30pm.
- From March 7th to April 5th : mornings from 9.00am to 12.15am and afternoons from 1.45pm to 5.00pm.
