Introduction or advanced courses


Learn step by step the right postures : position, coordination, gliding techniques, discovering and taking care of the equipment. You will be coached in your progress, from sliding on the flat to the effort of an uphill slope. 
 
Don't worry just let yourself be  guided in your discovery of the mountain !

Please note : The followings rates do not include insurance nor equipment rental.
A pass for access to the cross-country trails is compulsory.
It is on sale at the ski lift ticket offices (www.pralognan.com).
