Frequently asked questions

Is insurance included?
No, no insurance is included in the price of the lessons. We strongly recommend that you check your current insurance cover and take out Carré Neige Insurance.
Do I need a ski pass?
  • Students must have a ski pass if they are not beginners.
  • If you are a first-time skier or snowboarder, please bring a means of payment with you, as the instructor may ask you to purchase it as you progress through the lesson.
Do you recommend private lessons for beginners?
In many cases, private lessons are recommended to help beginners overcome their natural fear of sliding.
I have two children. Is it possible for them to share the same instructor?
Yes, private lessons can accommodate up to 4 students, but the children must be of a similar level and of a similar age.
