Group lessons

A perfect outdoor activity, cross country skiing is synonymous with well-being and fitness. The best  way of travelling through snowy mountains and their preserved surroundings while practising a sport.

In its Nordic Aera, ESF Pralognan offers initiation and advance course cross country group lessons.

For the  skating activity, select midday lessons.

Please note : The followings rates do not include insurance nor equipment rental.
A pass for access to the cross-country trails is compulsory.

Group Lessons take place from 5 people.

3 days course : from Sunday to Tuesday and/or Wednesday to Friday. 5 or 6 days course : from Sunday or Monday.
